Equipment List

Starting in 2007, all players will have the option of being provided with a helmet by Sycamore Lacrosse Club, Inc. for their use during our season.  Fitting for helmets will take place shortly after the registration period.

Once we have negotiated equipment prices with local or national equipment suppliers, we will post that information on our website. 

Now that we have raised enough funds to provide helmets for each player, our new goal is to provide each player with shoulder pads and elbow pads.  Should we be in a position to begin providing shoulder pads and elbow pads for the 2007 season, we will start by offering them to new players, just as we did with helmets during the 2006 season.

At this point in time, we do not plan on raising additional funds to purchase sticks or gloves for players.  It is our belief that these items are so personal in nature that supplying them to players doesn't make sense from a lacrosse standpoint.  After all, we want the boys practicing during the offseason, which would be difficult if we took back the gloves and sticks!
