1.  Commitment to Excellence
A man can be as great as he wants to be.  If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwile, it can be done.  We must pay attention to detail!

2.  Perserverence
Press on!!  Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.  Talent will not; nothing is more common that unsuccessful men with talent.  Genius will not; undrewarded genius is almost a proverb.  Education alone will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.  Persistence and determination alon are omnimpotent.

3.  Class
Class never runs scared.  It is sure-footed and confident in the knowledge that you can meet life head-on and handle whatever comes along.
Class never makes excuses.  It takes lumps and learns from past mistakes.
If you have class, you don't need much of anything else.  If you don't have it, no matter what else you have, it doesn't make much difference.
We will be good losers and gracious winners.  We will respect our opponents, our teammantes, our parents, our coaches and ourselves.
