What's Needed

Conditioning begins Feb 19th
Tryouts being Feb 26th


Before you can do anything, you must have turned in:

  1. Physical Form (if first sport this year)
  2. Emergency Medical Form (all athletes)
  3. Information sheet (all athletes)
At Conditioning you must have:
  1. Running Shoes and Cleats
  2. Clothes to be either Indoors or Outside
  3. Water bottle
  4. T-shirt with last name written on Front (VERY LARGE LETTERS)
At Tryouts you must have:
  1. Stick, gloves, helmet (see coach if you need these)
  2. Running Shoes and Cleats
  3. Clothes to be either Indoors or Outside
  4. Water bottle
  5. T-shirt with last name written on Front (VERY LARGE LETTERS)
